Sash Configuration Summary

1. Select the type of sash you are looking to replace. For a fixed window, or to purchase a sash to build you own window. Select picture window sash. This sash has no check/meeting rail and has no holes or mortises milled for hardware. It is simply a flat sash.
If you are looking to replace the sashes in a hung window, these are sold as a pair only.

2. Select the sash style. The style refers to the shape of the exterior of the sash, and the shape of the light (glass).

3. Select the sash thickness. Our most commonly supplied size is 1.75″ however we can supply most sizes between (1.375 and 1.75″).

4. Sash Dimensions. Measure the sash width and height in three places each. Provide us with the average of those 3 measurements.

5. Light Divisions. Select or design the light divisions you would like. If the light pattern is not available in our configurator, download the light design sheet and draw the light pattern you would like. The lights will be priced separately from the window sashes.

6. Glazing options. Select the glazing options you would like. The most popular option for residential is standard insulated. For commercial applications the most popular option is tempered insulated. Both of these option require Revival to glaze the window in house, before shipping. Insulated units also are made with an interior grille between the layers of glass and is not a “true” divided light.

True divided lights are available for all single glazed configurations and can be shipped unglazed, or glazed.
